Mike Roberts is a formidable independent trustee who works with some of the country’s leading schemes.  With some 30 years’ experience in pensions, he is also a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.  He has significant business management and executive leadership experience both in the UK and the US.  Prior to joining PAN in 2015, Mike was President of a major international consulting and operations business, based in New York. Mike is highly experienced in Trustee matters, with a particular focus on major DB situations.  He is a strong leader of triennial funding negotiations, investment strategy decision-making, adviser selection and scheme restructuring.
